Stupid warranty exchange..

So i went to ATT to exchange my touch pro and they gave me no problems. My previous device had a dpad issue, and they gave me no problems with exchanging it. So on my way to the movies which was my plan after exchanging the phone, I turn it on, and see flickering on the bottom of my screen. it also shows a kind of imprint of the previous menu i was on, but only on the bottom of the screen where the flickering occurs. something like this:
