Sending Text Freezes my phone

I'm getting really pissed at my phone, I want to throw it at the wall. Ever since I've been running Mighty Rom 5. When I send a text, it freezes for a while, and it finally unfreezes, it's really frustrating yet I don't hear much of anyone else speaking about this, which leaves me to believe that it's just some isolated instances.

What I'm really wondering here is if anyone else is having this problem, with or without this ROM, or what other variables could be at play.

*I didn't have this problem at all with stock ROM.

Did you hard reset your phone after flashing to the new rom?

indeed.

this was however the first time i've ever flashed a rom.

..so with all this aside.. i'm curious as to why hard reset after flashing the new rom, as it seems to be fresh right after the flash, what's the purpose of the hard reset?

Please do not get mad when you flash the rom to a non oem and have issues.
Flash back to oem and the problems will be gone. Or try another cooked rom.

Don't tell me what to do. I don't decide to get mad.. my frustration was a feeling that naturally occurred.. and I am entitled to express my feelings in this forum.

..now, to the ultimate reason for this post.. I was wanting to know if anyone else has this problem, and if they know how to fix it.

If you have nothing of substance to contribute, then don't comment. Your last post was just about as comparable to '1st post!!'
