mightyrom 5 phone problem?

not sure if its the mighty rom 5 problem/glitch or if its the windows 6.5. when you are on the fone menu and u accidentally press a previous call..u will dial the number.. but thats given...then i press either the hang up button on the fone OR the end call on touch screen really fast ...the fone menu dissappears entirely but the call is still connected or connecting!....i couldnt go back to the call which is connected to end the call....anyone else can verify this problem?...to replicate the problem, simply connect to a call history number really quick then either press the end call or hang up fone button really fast immediately after u make the call. thanks
