Contact pictures not syncing w/ Outlook

Im stuck...

Have a Touch Pro and am running SPB Shell 3.0...

My ActiveSync is working fine and syncing all the data on my phone except SOME of my contact's pictures... I'm connected directly to my PC and I have also tried syncing wireless but still the contact picture in Outlook doesn't match the contact pic on my phone... Can't figure out why..

I did use SPB's facebook functionality to change the contact picture, but I cant see how that matters since the pic is there now when I view the contact using Windows Mobile's default contact view.
