Touch Pro and bluetooth disconnects?

Hi all, this has been bugging me for quite sometime now. My TP is flashed with the latest MightyRom, but i have had the problem since stock. I use the Motorola H710 noise cancelling headset.

Problem is, the bluetooth will randomly disconnect. I know it is not the device because i tested it for 2 days on my work blackberry with no random disconnects or problems. I put it back on my TP and all of a sudden, in the middle of a call, *BAM* bluetooth disconnects and i have to wait for my phone to realize that so i can put them on speakerphone while I reconnect my bluetooth.

Has anybody come accross this problem or know of a fix possibly? This has driven me and a buddy at work up a wall (same phone, different headsets, same rom).
