Seeking a replacment, question.
 

Ok so the screen is physically coming off on my less than a month old TP. I am going to take it back for a replacement, what are the chances I can talk verizon into giving me a new one and not a refurb? I've always had trouble with refurbs.

if this ie your first time with returning a phone. i would say 99.9999% chance your getting a refurb. Stand your ground and let them know you will not be pushed around!..................if that doesnt work try crying:(

Within 30 days you can take it back to the store and they will replace with a brand new one. After 30 days is when you have to deal with warranty and FRU.

[Edit:] ^^ is assuming they don't consider it physical damage, in which case warranty wouldn't cover it either and you'd have to go through insurance (if you opted for it)

Have the insurance and I don't know if I've had it less or more than 30 days have to look at the receipt.
