touch pro auto reset mighty mike 4.16

hI I have been using mightymike 4.16 rom to get the call record to work but the rom locks up and I have to reset it.
first time it happened yesterday and even today.
the phone hangs and then while resting (soft) it won't boot..
its will stuck at either the touch pro screen first time ot get stuck at htc logo screen..
the phone I bought from a su memberis a new not refurbished and had 77 mins used..so I just need help on this..is it any program in mighty rom or my icr doing this I don't
