That problem is related to the rom you are using or a custom dialpad you may have installed. Try a different dialpad.

naw that didnt work i'm using merdins rom 4.6 i think it is didnt notice it wasnt working until a lil while ago so u think i should put another dialer??

Yea, thats usually the culprit.
But
Try installing the DCD carrier cab in post #1. The ## codes are reinstalled by using DCD carrier cab installed dcd carrier cab...RESTART... .
