htc touch pro screen turns on by itself..

my TP screen turns on by itlself, even when charging.
thanks god i have s2u2 and it turns back off after 5 seconds on battery power, but it sometimes turns back on after 10 or 15 second and it killing my battery life. i had 70% after 10 mins it was 30%.

is there anything to solve this like a software, a reg, or anything?

please help!!!!!

Your weather updating in Tf3d maybe causing the problem

Mine does this when I'm on the edge of coverage somewhere and it kicks into roaming. Ever see the roaming triangle at the top of your screen when it kicks on?

also unchecked the "download weather automatically" from my tf3d and it stills turns on

it doesn't have to be roaming, just bouncing between evdo and 1x.

have you looked at the keylock control panel... if you don't lock all the buttons when locked it will respond to a slight touch and wakeup

so it consistantly turns back on @ 10~15 sec?

i dont think is the buttons because i put it on top of the table and look at it turning on by itself without touching it.

deal with it? mine does the same thing. for sms messages and when i receving a mms.

that happened with my att fuze. i had everything perfect and even had a backup. put the backup on and it still did it. only was fixed with a hard reset.
