touch screen isn't responding since charging rom to windows 6.5 (help needed)

I have a HTC touch pro and a buddy added windows 6.5 for me and since charging to the new ROM I can't use my touchscreen. I did a hard reset and I can't get past the align screen portion of restart. I can't use my phone at all!!!

(Help!!!)
