touch pro not working right

I've been having this weird problem since yesterday night. At first my contacts were not showing up so i did a soft reset, that's when it started to go down hill. It booted up kind of slowly and opened up to the today screen but this time it didn't load touchflo 3d. i opened contacts and it didn't show anything but if i opened phone through the start menu it still knew all the numbers with names. I did a hard reset and it did the same thing, not loading touchflo. I've done a bunch more hard resets since then but it's still doing the same thing.

My phone was the stock rom with only a few things done to it such as performance mods from advance configuration tool even though i had no trouble with that in the past. Other things were a flip clock and change the icons in the top bar.

If anyone knows whats wrong or how to fix it please let me know.
