IMplus and data connection
 

Okay so I've had a similar problem with this one on Wifi but now its doing it with my data connection.
I just downloaded the new IM+ on the TP (MR5) and its running fine and all but when I turn my screen off, after about 15 minutes it signs me out of the aim app. I'm not sure if it cuts my connection because the screen is off for a certain time or what. But does anyone know what causes this and/or how to stop it? registry hacks...advanced config? idk

After 15 minutes when you are signed out of IM+, does your phone have a data connection? You can tell by the icons at the top of the screen. If not, then there are settings you can change to keep your connection alive. If you do have a connection, then it must be something with IM+.

yes i do have active data connections. I figured it was something with IM+ but wondering if anyone may know what a reg edit would look like for such a thing. even if its a diff program I just wanted to see if theres a possible solution. Its not URGENT but i'd just like to know.
