5th replacement... 2nd keyboard failure...

My keyboard... has failed again... My last phone (3rd one) was really awesome and good for 2 months, and the keyboard failed... Well this one was even better and ~2 months later... The keyboard has failed again...

Same symptoms as my last phone too... Keys skipping, abnormal keyboard lag... Periodically stops working, requiring a soft reset to work again... Than it just dies out.

I think this is utter BS... I only do about 3000 texts a month, which imo is nothing...

Sprint is going to go bezerk when I walk in tomorrow to replace my 4th new phone. I don't even think this phone was 100% new... Not the case though...

I love the phone and everything I can do with it... but i'm getting fed up...

If this phone isn't repalced for free, I will go ape****...
