Please Help me HTC touch pro CDMA with Bell

Hi everyone, I need your help
I screwed up my phone after I unlocked it successfully with Raphael_CDMA_HSPL_037. I started to upgrade the ROM with a software from HTC site which support Arabic Language :HTC_touch_pro_Raphael_HTC_ARA_2.01.415.3_Radio_si gned.....

I am stucked at 20% installation with code error 262 I tried what they say exactly to recover with no luck I always get the 3color screen. Please help me to get the old ROM or at least a new one that work,
My informations are: Raph 800
Spl 0.36.0000
ce os 5.2.219972(build19972.1.2.7)
ROM version 1.05.666.0 (originlly) now it is SPL0.37.Cmonex
radio version 1.04.02v
please help me because I can't call Bell Canada because I changed the ROM
I have no idea what to do?
