AIM TEXTING Problem?

I used to be able to send a text from aim to my phone by typing in EX: +(my number), but know when i try to send a text from aim it gives me an error of
Your message could not be delivered. Please try again later. I have been searching through google and found out the aim server might have blocked it. But i can send AIM text to other phones.. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks
