no data connection

you cant upgrade your profile if you dont have any connection, just restore your profile under ##data# not RTN as I mentionned before, that will just refresh your data setting ,if that fails call em up

Im not sure what rom you are using, but normally in the start menu/settings/system there should be an option to update prl, and update profile. If not you may need to find the cabs, or flash back to stock to update them.
