Yeah its under warranty, dont let them bully you into having to pay an insurance premium for a replacement. If you dont get anywhere with reg. support then call retentions and they will help you.

Yeah I'd just keep fighting. Tell them its under a 1 year warranty, the TEP is just for lost/accidental damage. They have to replace it. Keep asking for a higher level representative till you get your way.

yea i called sprint and these mofos talking 150 for a replacement.....WTF??? now my screen responds like i hit the top right hand corner when i touch the screen no matter where i touch it

ifinally got them to do it free.....i stopped talking to people on the phoine and just went to a store where they were more than helpful....took 2 minutes at store....i was on hold for more than 45 minutes b4 talking to someone on the phone..
