Change The Device Name For Bluetooth?

theres a way to change the name of your device so that when other device pick up ur phone over bluetooth your custom device name shows how do u get to that part whhere u can rename your device? i did it before but cannot find it for the life of me right now

yw, sometimes we get so into learning complicated shnit that we forget the simple shnit lol, been there done that.
