Save videos from youtube and flash player?

Heya again, simple question this time. Im just curious if its possible to save a video from youtube on your phone? As in, I goto youtube through the phone, watch a video, and be able to save it so i can view it when i dont have a data connection.

Second question also, is there a flash player for mobile phones? Im not too sure what I need, I know i downloaded some type of flash program and it didnt work. Its when I goto a site through my phone, and you click on an image that sends you to a video, but when it sends me, it says i dont have flash player.

Any suggestions on either would be greatly appreciated, thank you
