A hard reset doesn't unlock the phone, thats why you keep having problems. to unlock the phone download the unlocker. I attached the unlocker to this post.
once you run the unlocker then run mighty rom. None of this will be done by memory card. you phone has to be synced when you run the unlocker and when you install MR5.

You don't have to be synced to a computer to do any of it. You can unlock from the memory card and you can flash from the memory card if you wish. Here is how to unlock from the memory card http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=61333 and I already gave you the link earlier that explains how to flash a custom rom from the memory card.

Ok I am at work now and going to fallow the instrutions from the link razorlover and I hope it works lol thank you guys for your help and I will be back in a bit and let you know what happens

Ok so I fallow the instructions for unlocking my cellphone and now its done. I down loaded the RUU.zip and I rename it to the name that was given! I fallow the unlocking for the memory card and I saw the green,red and blue colors and then I press the power bottom and it re bootted! So I guess now the cell is unlock? now what should I do with the RUU.zip? need help please

dang man...you sound so confused. It sounds like you picked different steps from 3 different threads. I don't know what else to tell you. You have to unlock your phone first, so concentrate on that. There's 2 ways to do it. Through the computer with the phone connected via usb cable, or from the memory card in the phone. Pick one and follow the steps. All the instructions are in the first post. If you get confused with one of the steps, then come back and ask. If you can't get one way to work, then try the other way. good luck

Thank you so much for all your help and I will be trying the computer way tonight! I do not have time now cause I have to roll to work but tonight I am hoping this cell gets unlock lol...
