myphone troubles

I have been using myphone to sync my phone for about a week and a half now, and have had no problems. However, today after flashing Mighty5 i'm making my first full restore of everything and the myphone app will not sync past half my contacts (37).

I did a hard reset, and now it won't even sync any contacts. It just says
"Downloading changes to Contacts... 1 of 37" And I have 74 contacts...

Re: myphone troubles

Nevermind the nevermind

It now won't sync past 37 again. And it's random, not in alphabetical order too, which ones it syncs

Re: myphone troubles

hey man i wouldnt use that to backup your stuff.
I would definately use PIMbackup v2.8 from
you can schedule it to backup every so often

also never do a full restore when switching roms only restore your PIM data.

I know this doesn't help you any but I am been using myphone for about 1 month now on multiple roms and haven't had a single problem. Are you using the latest version?

Re: myphone troubles

MyPhone is still definitely in beta and the developers monitor their forums over there. If all the contacts show up on the site and are not set to archive to web, stop by the development forum and leave a note about what is going on. I haven't had any issues with myphone either.

Re: myphone troubles

I'm having this problem as well. It freezes trying to downaod changes to contacts. I have 200+ contacts, all but 14 are synced right now and it hangs. I tried restarting several times and it just never gets past contacts.

Frustrating, because I've been using it for a few weeks now and grown to rely on it. I stopped using pim backup only a few flashes ago using this instead. Doh!
