Palm Centro Password Active Snyc

I have a Palm Centro and when I try and connect with Active Sync it asks me for a password. I can get into the phone no problem and make calls, but when I try and use active sync with it, it asks me for a password and I need to use active sync. Does anyone know how to crack this password and get it to work with active sync. Thanks in advance.

Well, there are several things wrong with this thread.

1) This thread is for the Touch Pro phone by HTC, not Palm Centros
2) This forum is for Pocket PC phones, not Palm OS phones
3) ActiveSync is for Windows Mobile phones. Palm OS, ie your Centro, needs Hotsync Manager to sync the phone with either Outlook or Palm Desktop.

Just FYI its not active sync your looking for, its HOTSYNC....

and to fix your issue all you need to do is.....

Go to SECURITY on your phone.
Tap on where it says PASSWORD "ASSIGNED"
Tap on "FORGOT PASSWORD"
It will prompt you saying all private data will be lost
Thats numbers youve marked as private....
You then should be able to sync....Using HOTSYNC....
