NewB in need of some direction...
So I am very new to this scene with the ppc... I used to have an iphone but after several months I decided to try out something new... So, here I am and I have come across so much information that I don't even know where to begin...

First, I am really interested in Flashing to a different rom, but I'm a little nervous as to how to do it... My brother flashed my phone originally for me and flashed Hard SPL I believe... But I would like to know how to exactly flash a new rom, or it would be great to be pointed in the right direction...

Also, If anyone could point out some "Must Haves" as far as programs, utilities, tweaks, themes etc. it would be greatly appreciated..

Sorry to be such a newB but we all have to start out somewhere right? Please share some insight as I am really excited to crack into the work of ppc's...

Welcome here are some links you can try. As far as flashing a rom it is the same procedure as flashing the hard spl. Hope these help you. Also never be afraid to search.
