E-mail indicator shows wrong number of messages?
 

The new e-mail indicator (number in a circle) on the e-mail tab on the Touchflo 3d toolbar is showing one more e-mail present than actually exists (eg, a 7 in a circle, when I've got 2 in my gmail and 4 in my work e-mail; a 1 in a circle, when there's no new mail).

Has anyone else dealt with this and how did you clear it up? TIA!

If you just set up active sync, that might happen. When you open up you email, check the outlook email inbox, that should show the one email.

That fixed it--thanks! Despite not *really* having an Outlook inbox, I DID recently temporarily create one to adjust AutoSsync settings (to prevent AutoSync from gobbling up all of my battery).

For the record, the following fixed the problem:

Within the Mail tab...

(1) select Inbox (in the lower left) -->

(2) click Inbox dropdown (in the upper left) -->

(3) expand the "Outlook E-mail" branch -->

(4) should see a (1) in its inbox--delete and voila!
