Screen AND KB gone out same time

So I was at the store picking up some pepperjack cheese and went to write a text and boom, keyboard write, so I closed and then my screen went black. now it only displays a black screen. The phone is on and I can receive calls.

I have mymobiler on it but for some reason it won't launch (won't connect). Is there a way to force start it? I can connect via activesync. I'd like to see my texts and make sure all my photos are on the storage card.
