MightyROM's 4.16 tweaks are very similar. RWin is the only number I changed, which technically is the most important setting. But its too inconsistant to say these tweaks are the way to go for EVDO boosts. Its definately a good start with the RWIN setting, but there has got to be more to it, to get great results for everyone...

StarROM 1.3 doesn't have this tweak built in, but 1.4 does.

I went from 168kbit/sec to 927kbit/sec in Austin tx. on Mighty's 4.16. All the settings were the same except for the Rwin. It was initially at 2451808. I have flashed to a different Telus radio..

250, 300, and 410 were my best pre tweak. Post tweak I had a 200, 1.2, and a 1.0. Definite improvements.
