Is that your phone will Blow Up!
Now it looks better than Easter Eggs. :evil4:

Thanks so much for your help! I did the blotting technique and it still wasn't dark enough, so I also colored the silicon and it came out PERFECTLY!

Again, you ROCK! What a great way to enter the site!

Thanks for testing this out Saumaun! I'm getting really tempted to do this.

I wanna try the color film method. Instead of physically coloring the led, just lay a color film over it. I wonder how it would look? Would it be richer in color?

Nope, its reflection from my computer's LED lights [Dell XPS 720]

I didn't damage the phone at all! [thank goodness!]

KEEP TRACK OF ALL THE SCREWS IF YOU DO THIS!

Oh, and you need a mini torx set to get the back off.

Once the screws are off, where do you start prying with a plastic tab to start unhinging the case?

Stick you nail between the keyboard and chrome and work your way around.

That would look a tad better :)
Use lighting "Gels" like you use with photography.
Those will do the job nicely.

I guess you proved me wrong with coloring the silicone =D>
Then i guess its a rubber/silicone mix that works with Any
kind of Dyes :silent: Hmm... Then anyone who does this method
should do Both the Leds, and the Rubber backing pad behind
front button cover :headbang:
