still getting error 244 model id

i have unlocked, relocked, and unlocked my phone and when i go to flash to mighty rom i am still getting error 244 unknown model id. ive tried to flash both pc and sd style. when i try sd style it flashes something real quick that looks like image not found it flashes so quick i cant really tell. i renamed it RAPHIMG.nbh and put it in the root part of my sd card. can someone help please. here are a few more things when i look at my bootloader screen it always says security unlocked even when i try to relock it and it has spl 0.37.0000. thats when i relock. when i unlock it says security unlocked but it has spl 0.37. cd... whatever it says. also everytime i go into the program it says current rom 1.03 and updating to whatever rom i try to use. mighty rom in this case. even when on my bootloader screen it says spl-0.37.

This is in the wrong section, but I will answer anyway. First, are you using a CDMA or GSM? I am hoping CDMA.

Make sure you download the PROPER file. You might have downloaded the MightyRom for the Diamond instead of the Touch Pro. Download one from the first post in This thread:

Make sure you unlock your phone again. Download the proper rar. try to flash again.

okay ill try it out thanks and im sorry if i posted in the wrong place i am pretty new to the whole forum thing. one quick thing though this is 4.16 i downloaded 4.8.

You saying "4.8" confirmed it. 4.8 is the HTC Diamond's latest Mighty Rom Build. 4.16 is the Touch Pro's.
