Text Message Cannot Be Sent- can we make it retry atleast 3x before that pops up?

I live in an area with good service but I still occasionally get that message. If it cannot be sent, can we somehow get it to auto-retry atleast three times before that msg pops up? I hate that message.

when i'm texting someone, and i'm getting a text while trying to send one, i can't send the one i writing until i receive the one coming in. if it would auto retry instead of putting that red link in the message window, that would be awesome.

Same problem here- that would be great. Any ideas?
