Re: Metal TP Case

I have the metal case from pdair and it is well worth the money. I LOVE it. I have dropped my phone once and it was completely protected. I believe that you can get them from Ebay for cheaper. I just bought one for a friend from Ebay for $20.00 shipped. If you want "ultra" protection for your phone this is the case to get.

You will have to open the cover to use the screen but you can answer and end calls without opening the case. It takes a little getting used to but it does protect the touch screen. Where I work I am prone to bumping into things and having the extra protection is worth it.

Re: Metal TP Case

I have not had one with the TP but I had an aluminum case with my first wm device and I bumped it with my elbow and it opened and my device fell on my drive way facedown. I do not know what brand but the place where it connects on the side was just pushing metal over metal and the more you use it the looser it gets. You can push the metal tab back in to get it tight again but still it is not a good way to work.

Unless I see one with a different way of closing, I will never have one again.

Re: Metal TP Case

Me too...my Q9c fell onto the asphalt and the metal tab just popped right open, vaulting the phone onto its face. Doesn't matter how good it protects, if it falls right off.

So my question is, do you know if this hardcase actually covers the screen? Or does it leave the screen open? I already sent the seller this question, and it has been a couple business days, I'm running out of time for an answer...
I bought this case from this seller on Ebay. It does not cover the screen but it a nice case, especially for 4 bucks!
