Install in Mem/SD

I have the micro sd that came in the box but i will be getting a larger one soon.But my questions were

1. any size limit to what micro sd the TP can hold?
2. if the installing app never tells me it needs to be in main mem, can i assume every other app cad run off my sd card? (spb mobile shell, finance,etc)

couldve just looked at the box lol, 32gb is the biggest card it says it will take.... most apps/progs will run just fine from your card.. and ive never seen an app "tell" me it has to goto main memory.. youll always get a n option to store to device or card... i only keep the things certain things on my phone everything else is on my card...

if u want it on your card, go for it, if it doesnt work, then you may have to uninstall and reinstall back into main memory

1. the pro should handle up to a 32 gig micro sdhc

2. yes just try to get a class 4 or higher micro sd

thank you both.the only time i think i got that message is when i tried to try out photo contacts pro. I'll also do some searching on the class 4 sd cards----it's a shame once i took it out of the box, i never looked at the box again

certain applications shouldn't be installed to the sd card, mainly things that start when the phone boots (today plugins, services, etc).

Otherwise, you shouldn't have a problem.

the box thing was just a joke lol.....you can get an 8gb class 6 for 15 bucks on www.newegg.com might be 16bucks.. i have one, works great..

this like dialers, s2u2, today plugins, weather app(i dont use tf3d) i keep that kinda stuff on my phone..certainly games, music,movies,pics,vids, anything i can goes n my card...

...i wish we had our phones with diamonds 4gb internal storage plus our sd slot as well... then i could sync more data

yep thats what i think is wrong with moblie shell...the screens are there but it didn't replace my today screen, but still has it's own...i'll check out new egg
