Need a good Excuse

Let Me put some enlightenment to this thread

I just wanted a simple excuse i didn't really want to type the whole entire story but it seems i have to

i have a scratch caused by my dog running into it now the scratch isnt really that big but it cuts off a few thing when i'm trying to read a text message i been living with it for about a month but i want a new TP because

A) Screen
B) This is a replacement phone and for some reason it terrible compare to the 1st one i had Since i havent argued about it they prob won't believe (i don't know who's going to be assisting me)
C) Battery Life is rediculous as i posted before and someone kindly said you can exchange it and press your luc

So i want to press my luck for a new one to do that i cant just go in and say my TP is too slow because they'll just say to do a hard reset

there is no need to be acting like this when im trying myself (i am human and i am just a teenager)

For all you who gave me advices thanks

Thread Ended

LOL, thats really rich, considering youve voided the warranty, AND have posted that in a public place. Way back when the Eagle Talon and Mitsubishi Eclipse were the hot cars to mod, Mitsubishi would cruise the forums for people who have said they modded their cars to be able to refuse warranty work on their cars when they messed them up.

You dont seriously think Sprint ISNT? Either way, its not right to try and trick them.

Haven't been here in a while, good to be back. Even if you put a custom rom on your phone, just flash back to stock and take back, i'm sure everyone knows that though. How can they prove that you put a custom rom on the phone?

If its a little scratch, just live with it. The sense of entitlement on this forum is amazing. If you are concerned enough about the scratch, and you have TEP, take it in and see if they will cover it. If they don't and its that big of a deal, buy a new one. The people saying to break your phone more should be banned from this forum. That is fraud.

Little scratch on the scream or screen?

If it's on the screen, what happened to the screen protector?
If it's on the scream, what would that be?

Either way, I see insurance deductables going up. I have scratching and dents from dropping my touch pro and I"m still got the same.

This is horrible, just horrible, especially coming from a VIP member. If there is honestly something wrong with your TP, then by all means try to get it exchanged. But when it is just cosmetic damage due to YOUR own negligence, it is ****ing ridiculous. First of all if you really care about the cosmetics of your phone, then you'd of bought one of the MANY screen/device protectors. Now you expect Sprint to foot the bill because of YOUR OWN negligence. I understand "gaming the system," hell I read slickdeals.net more than I'm on here, but this is just so far beyond that.

Honestly, lilhgarcia I'm appalled that you would even do this, and much more appalled that you'd post it publicly AND ask others help you with such a scheme.

I can't believe that you're a VIP member here, utterly sickens me.

BustedNuts kinda took it to the less sugarcoating side I was going for. His name says it all...

Believe me, I do too. I tried to sugarcoat it a little bit more than you did though, lol. If you want to be truly sickened, go and look through this thread:

http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread...hlight=nuerom3

People were literally asking how to break their phones to get new ones, and what things to make up so that sprint couldn't prove it wasn't broken.
