Extra battery case

For all those who carry around an extra battery, do you use a case or pouch for it? I put mine in a zip lock bag, so nothing metal will cross the contacts and short it out. Just wondering if someone has a less "janky" solution. I've looked around at Best Buy for something, but nothing seemed small enough to put the battery in.

Thanks.

Re: Extra battery case

I am using a small Ziploc bag as well. Not the prettiest but it does indeed keep the battery safe at least.

Re: Extra battery case

I keep my battery in my back right pocket [wallet is on my left back, so nothing is in the right back ]

Re: Extra battery case

dont use a ziplock bag...you get a decent amount f heat inside there and cause mositure youll destroy your battery.. a cheap dollar store sunglasses pouch would work great id think and be relatively small and inexpensive as well

I was thinking the same thing, but then again I keep a bag of desiccant pouches that come with some electronics and pills..
I went on a hunt thru the house earlier, and the closest things I could find were the plastic sd holders and a floss container, but both were barely too small. although I will likely look at walgreens for a different brand of floss.

Re: Extra battery case

Thanks for all the ideas! If I find something that works well, I'll post it here.

Also, glad I'm not the only one using a ziplock bag, but after boredandtattooed's comment, I guess I won't anymore.

Re: Extra battery case

Check out variety stores for those little credit card organizer pouches. The slots are just big enough for a spare battery and they seem to have plenty of padding.

Good idea, I didn't think of that.
