Need a little help with my Sprint Touch Pro on MetroPCS

Hello,

Let me start by saying that I've used the search engine on this site and was able to collect a few threads that will show me how to get some basic things done. What I need is some clarification on a couple of items regarding the customization of my HTC Touch Pro, so here goes:

1. After I have MetroPCS flash my Touch Pro, which ROM would you recommend, Juicy's ROM or the new Mighty ROM ?

2. Is there a way to backup the MetroPCS flash settings BEFORE I flash to a new ROM ? If so, how do I do it ?

3. In reference to my first question, will switching to a custom ROM erase the programming that was done by MetroPCS / MetroFlash ?
