When you go into the EPST on your phone, do you have a "Securty" section? If so, make sure the username in both sections is MDN@vzw3g.com and blank out the password here as well. After that make sure HA/AAA passwords are still blank and try another DMU reset.

Dude! You are a freakin lifesaver. I never had a DMU file so as you mentioned, the DMU resets must have been useless. (I am about to call and request another one). Second, in EPST, security section, both my user ID's were (mynumber@vzw3g.com) and this is what a tech told me to unput. So I have changed them both to MDN, and am calling for another DMU reset. Man i hope this works!

Rockin! Thanks again. Unfortunately, VZW tech support is closed for the night, so i will have to get the DMU reset tomorrow. I'll update tomorrow with (hopefully) good news.
