Can't See Caller Id On "My Info Page"

Hi,

I am new here and I downloaded the black S2A and I am having problems. Whenever my phone goes to the "My Info Page" i can never see who is calling me and no buttons show up for me to unlovk my phone or to answer it. Please help!!!
