Battery issues..return to sprint?

I have a Sprint TP that I purchased not from Sprint. I am using it on VZW. The battery is lasting me around 1-2hrs listening to an online radio stream in the morning coming off of a full charge. I have charged fully and drained fully multiple times to try and calibrate the battery with no luck.

Would I be able to take the battery into a Sprint store and have the battery replaced?
