AHHHHHHHH!!! Got yet ANOTHER refurb TP yesterday and the thing's a pile of junk. if it gets bumped/if I don't open the slider EVER SO GENTLY, it resets. On the bright side, Sprint's replacing it with a brand new one today when the Sprint store here opens up. F these refurbs, srsly.

ummm, why did you accept a refurb to begin with... your phone was bought on may 2nd, its not quite 2 months old yet.. id throw a fit if they replaced my Brand Spankin New device with a refurb, its not like you had it 6 months or something.....

you don't have a choice on what sprint sends you. sometimes they send new replacements but mostly, it's refurbs. it seems if they know you want a new one, they purposely send you a refurb!

right but 45 days after purchase???? sprint does what i want everytime.. i always get my way.. then again i have 3 TPs, 4 lines on my account all with complete ad-ons, Unlimited spending limit, and have been a customer for 9 yrs...

and to the OP, i just got 2 NIB pros from phoneclaim.com and only got charged 50 bucks each

i got a refurb tp 10 days after they first came out. sprint just admitted that they dropped the ball but still charged me for a new one anyway. and i've been with them since 10 cents a minute and no night/weekend plans.

Glad to see I'm not the only one with TP issues. I have a VZW (Gimped) TP. I was sent a refurb a few days ago and have minor issues compared to yours. They are sending me another refurb on Tuesday, but to be quite honest, I am considering another phone entirely. Maybe even a (GASP) iphone...

We'll see...

wanna stop all the problems stop flashing your phones. its not fair to sprint and technically you void your own warrenty. its like me bying your car and i put a turbo charged engine in it. go out blow it up then bring it back to you asking for another car
