Well, each unit lasted less than 30 days a piece--not 30 days total for all the units.

Anyway, the store told me to pound sand. But, Account Services was well aware of the chrome issue. I should have unit #4 next week!

What is happening at this Sprint store is that when someone brings in a bad TP they change it out with the last person who came in with a bad one, it's their way of testing to see if it's bad or not because if it is, the person will bring it back... HA HA keeps the bad ones in circulation

I know that in the electronics industry there is a high rate of failure, I don't know 10, 15% of the products made I'd guess, to get that many in a row is less of a possibility than likely, then again, could have a "bad" batch too
