screen sensitivity number?

Hey guys, I know you can change your screen sensitivity thru registry edits but im not familier with that stuff at all. They say in your registry edits to change your number to around 240 or so. I see a screen sensitivity adjustment in the "diamond hacks" program. Am i supposed to use 240 in that program too? or is that just for registry edits? If so what number am i supposed to use in the diamond hacks.? Thanks for any help guys.
