Sprint touch pro Warranty information

I have a sprint touch pro..
There is something wrong with the lcd. It kinda flickers... It will display the top half of the screen in bottom and sometimes it will be on one side.. kinda overlaping.
I thaught it was software so i did a soft reset.. Then a hard reset... and after that i unlocked it and installed a new rom (lllboredlll_1.3-B_Reloaded_SP)..
Still no luck its still doing the same thing.
So my question is, Who do i contact for warranty? Its about 3 months old and i purchased it from sprint.
