There is no x86 emulator for ARM. So no, it's not possible. At the moment. So I'm sticking with the word possible.

But it is something to be said that XP and CE are the same codebase at the very very lowest level, so technically...we...are....running....XP?

Idunno, i've still got an alpha version of XP (or is it 2000) that's compiled to run on Alpha.
