WARNING - AllBG_RhodiumManila.CAB does not work on the Touch Pro MightyRom 4.12

--------All Program Tab-------

v3a: 4 icon menu, no faves
v3b: Standard faves, 4 icon all programs from soft key

This replaces the current programs tab.

Cabs below with white or black font, depending on your theme.

Change Log:
v3 - dropped standard list, download 2.1a for that one
v2.1b is now improved and is v3a
v3b is standard fave programs tab and "All Programs" soft key opens the 4 icon menu

v2.1 - fixed last row being cut off

v2 - added 4 icon menu
