I'm getting screen flicker too, but only when I use Core Player. Unfortunately, that is the one program I really wanted to use! I played around with the settings in Core Player, but nothing I tried helped. Anyone have any ideas?

This is something covered in many threads already. You need to go Menu > tools > preferences > select Page > video. Set Video output to DirectDraw (click the arrows on either side of the selection to find direct draw.)

This eliminates the blue flicker but it's lower quality. Frames get dropped and performance goes down. Until a new version of coreplayer fixes it, this is what has to be done to work with coreplayer and tv out.

NICE JOB OP (and all other contributors)!!!!

Anyone try using Sprint TV? Just tried the "Enable" cab and it works fine if you stick to the 4 options (PPT, Pics & Vid, etc.). Seems as if as soon as I go to open Sprint TV, it either overrides the enable program or just kills it. If I even have Sprint TV open it seems to kill my TV out...

Would be sweet to have Sprint TV to pass the time....:headbang:

What version/where are you getting TCPMP? All the ones I have tried have been faulty.

crap, i thought i posted my results here but i guess i posted it in the wrong thread lol. I do that sometimes (somehow)

Anyways, what I found was when I tried to run the enable tv out cab with sprint tv running, the screen goes to portrait (sideways on the tv) then turns back to normal then off. It won't work no matter what I do.

Glad to hear I'm not the only one having issues with Sprint TV. My TP also locked up, the screen switched back and forth a bit, and just overall didn't like any combination of TV Out and Sprint TV.

Didn't try the other cabs, just EnableTVOutCab. Think the other cabs might be a solution?

Sucks...I was pretty stoked about using it this way... :(

I plugged it in and get a weird slanted hazy little picture, but I can tell that it is there. It may be a faulty cable?

SprintTV on TVOut?! Wow! SprintTV is bad enough o:
And that's coming from a guy that likes SprintTV

Anyway my cable came in tonight, Fast shipping. I had already cut the blue wire in my multifunction so I just connected it to my 47" tv and it worked.
Great find(!) on the cable. And thanks for sharing it.
