Changing the Language

I know that there are options to change the language when you go into settings, but it only actually changes some of the words into the opposite language. I was looking for my phone to be in French, but not everything changed. Is there a way to change everything to french, not just the date and the time lol.

Could be wrong, but I don't think that option exists. There are separate ROMs for different languages, with most of the ROMs on this site being WWE 0409. Also, being a CDMA device might make it more difficult to find a compatible prebuilt French ROM. If you're experienced using kitchens I'd imagine it's fairly simple to swap the language files though (never had the need to personally).
