Arcsoft says every message is 5 seconds???

Ok I searched and could not find an answer. I have arcsoft installed on ssk r4r edition and everything is working except whenever i get a video sound or animated message it only plays 5 seconds of it and if you goto properties it says thats the length of the message.However if I goto contents then the entire video, audio clip etc. is there. Please can someone help. I love arcsoft over the default sprint mms but this is driving me nuts. Thanx
