HELP! Yellow Caution Icon on task Bar on TP? And Can't sync Gmail?

So just this morning all of the sudden a yellow caution Icon showed up, and now my phone is not longer in EV either.....Why is this?

And as well all of the sudden, and this actually happened a couple days before, but my Gmail will not sync, I can receive the emails and all, but no matter what when I go to send an email it says,

"The message could not be send. Check that you have network coverage and your account information is correct. Then Try sending again."

Which I have coverage, and I have double checked my info...


And I even deleted the account and made again, and the same thing.
