HTC Touch Pro Help

I bought this phone off my friend before he went on a vacation, when I called in to activate the phone it still is registered to him. How can I, if possible, unlock the phone and have it under my account, by the way I'm with Sprint. Much Thanks in advance!

Have him call and release it would be my guess. There really is no way to "unlock" it as it's the ESN thats linked to his account.

You cant do anything till he gets back. Or he is gonna need to call like said above.
