Touch Pro Battery Percentage

Is there any way to get the sprint touch pro to show percentages in the power options as it would on the mogul? Its kinda annoying having to guess as to the percent of the battery remaining (i like to know exact numbers....).

The one there is for changing the icon in the taskbar, I was wondering if there was a way to change it when you go to the Power Options area? or does that do it too?

Re: Touch Pro Battery Percentage

This is what I use. You need to install the nuepowercpl cab first, and then the nuepowerdriver cab next. It should prompt you to soft reset afterwards. It works great on my Pro.

Do you have the battery indicator on the task bar too?

Re: Touch Pro Battery Percentage

What I posted in post 4 will give that option in settings>system>power & backlight. It will show the percentage remaining along with discharge/charge mA.

Sorry...I missed your post. I gave up on the 1% battery meter on my task bar. I can get that working fine, but not when I have the nuepowercpl.cab installed. Given the choice of one or the other, I prefer the nuepowercpl so I can see the mA discharge. I'm sure there is probably a fairly easy way to get them to play nice together, but I didn't bother spending much time working on it. I can live with the 10% meter in the taskbar.

Re: Touch Pro Battery Percentage

Is there a step-by-step tutorial for removing this hack? It doesn't seem very accurate. I've installed the calibration hack but it still doesn't seem right.
