text message pop up?

I searched but dont know exactly what words would give me a hit,

Anyone know of a cab that will make a popup balloon with the contents of a received text message that would show on any tab?

so u want the message to show up on screen as they come in?

isnt that just settings-sounds and notifications-notifications- then just pick the new text tab from drop down and check display message on screen.... that doesn't do what your asking?

more or less yeah but that never gives me the whole message and I swear I saw a prog with a cool little balloon that showed the whole message.
